POWERBALL This is a semi-private class utilizing physioballs, medicine
balls, resistive tubing, and your natural body weight for exercise. The
emphasis of this class is to exercise in three plains (forward, side to
side and rotational) of movement, which mimic daily lifestyles. Train the
muscles you can't see: Your back, gluteus, hamstrings and calf muscles,
all of which are important in preventing injury. Emphasis on your core
muscles to improve your balance, coordination and strength. This class
will maximize caloric expenditure for facilitated weight loss
through muscle confusion.

Chris and Linda Fisher are our husband and wife instructor team of Lebanon. They are enthusiastic, motivating, get-your-heart-pumping instructors. They both teach Cycling and Chris teaches Group Power as well.
They met in Honolulu, when they were in college and wherever they are, be it in Hawaii, California or Oregon, they’ve both been big into exercise and cross training. Linda has enjoyed an outrigger six man canoe race in
the Pacific Ocean and Chris, weightlifting, cardio machines and cycling. |

Chris and Linda both have a focus in helping people realize their full potential and that success comes from a positive mind and attitude-“so don’t touch that resistance on your bike!” We are very fortunate to have the Fishers on our instructor team! They are changing peoples’ lives by leading them down the cycling path of better health and fitness.
Thank you Chris and Linda! |
